Refund policy

If something doesn’t fit we will happily exchange it, or offer you a store credit for future use. Like anything, please choose carefully.

Returns policy:

• Items must be unworn with original tags attached 🏷or shoe box 📦 
• Products must be returned within 20 days of delivery 🚚 
• Items must be in a re-saleable condition
• Items were originally purchased online 

We recommend you to return your parcel via a registered or traceable postal service as all parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by #OVERFLOW.
*Please note return postage will be at your own expense.

If returning in store please provide proof of online purchase.
